Lynn Lyon is leading the development of the Texas Clean Transportation Triangle (TCTT). This $82M initiative is delivering a natural gas fueling infrastructure connecting Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin and Houston to support fleets and other drivers with strategically planned high volume public access stations. The project is spearheaded by America's Natural Gas Alliance (ANGA) in collaboration with over 200 companies, non-profit corporations and academic institutions in Texas.
Ms. Lyon manages strategic projects for domestic operations at Pioneer Natural Resources, based in Irving, TX. Pioneer has operations in the Barnett Shale, South Texas, Eagle Ford, Permian, Mid-Continent, Rockies and Alaska. She is responsible for converting Pioneer's corporate fleet to natural gas. Plans include up to 2,000 trucks companywide including 800 in Texas.
Ms. Lyon is on the Board of Directors at NGVAmerica, a founding member of the Drive Natural Gas Initiative and active member of the Metroplex NGV Consortium at Texas Christian University and the Maguire Energy Institute at Southern Methodist University. She serves as a Mercedes Benz Advisor. She was selected by the Dallas Business Journal as an Industry Leader Honoree in Who's Who in Energy 2011. She is a frequent speaker at industry events including the A&M Texas Energy Summit, Alternative Clean Transportation Expo, NGVAmerica Summit, Border Energy Forum. James Harger has been involved in the natural gas business for over 25 years—the past 16 years dedicated to marketing Natural Gas Vehicles (NGVs) and building fueling stations. Previously, Mr. Harger worked for the Southern California Gas Company (SoCal) the last five years on the market development of NGVs. In 1997, Mr. Harger left SoCal to join Pickens Fuel Corp. (predecessor to Clean Energy) as Vice President of Marketing. He was the company's second employee. In June 2007, he assisted in Clean Energy's (Nasdaq: CLNE) successful IPO, which raised $120 million. Mr. Harger received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
David R. Demers is a founder of Westport and has been Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board since the company was formed in March of 1995. Mr. Demers obtained a Bachelor of Physics degree in 1976 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1978, both from the University of Saskatchewan. Mr. Demers is also a member of the board of directors of Primero Mining Corp.
